Council member Leoso made a motion to
post outside for the Personnel Manager
position, as the in-house posting generated
only one applicant. The motion failed due to
lack of a second to the motion. Back in
December, a Tribal member questioned the
in-house job posting, job description, and
qualifications listed. A lengthly discussion
ensued and Chairman Bigboy said that the
position description and qualifications would
be reviewed, updated and posted. Members
expressed their concern that the
qualifications should at a minimum, should
require a Bachelors Degree and preference
be given to Tribal members.
